This is random, but I just put Ryder down for a morning nap and was thinking about what to cook for supper. I was thinking that it would be nice to have something different, but I'm out of ideas. Long story short, I've decided to start posting recipes on my page (yall can do the same thing). Good idea huh? If only a few people post one every few weeks, it would still be better than nothing. Maybe it will work, maybe not but the one thing I promise is that you will LOVE this spaghetti stuff. I'm not claiming that it's healthy, but it's wonderful and although it looks semi complicated, it's very easy to make. It also heats up really well for left overs. Enjoy and tell me what you think!

You are so domesticated...I never thought I'd see the day! The next thing I know you're going to start trying to sew things again...just keep it for yourself though. I don't need any dresses that look like curtains...or whatever that smock was that you tried to make!
This is a little bit coincidental, but I was just thinking about what I want for Valentines day. I want a new sewing maching, but not to make dresses, etc. Thank goodness you and Cherise are the only ones who remember that hideous creation. I want to make cute burp rags with ribbons, bows and all that girly stuff!
That does sound really good except for the cottage cheese... can you really taste it? Girl, its Friday, go out tonight!!! HA!
On the sewing thing... I got one before O was born and T's g-ma showed me how to use it. I LOVE it now for decorative reasons. I made all her bedding and curtains and curtains for my bedroom. So much cheaper and you can do exactly what you want! Very fun!
For recipe ideas, go online.. THERE ARE TONS!!! Paula Deen is the best!
sue - if you can't spell machine, don't need one! haha, just kidding. watch out on the domesticated thing, it seems to back fire on you everytime. sewing, pledge, cooking, we all remember times you tried to do something and well, it just didn't work out. your only one that i can truly say worked was the bagel experiment in the dorm. take a regular bagel heat it in a toaster oven for a minute or two and tastes just like a pretzel! there's a recipe....
Well if you get a sewing machine will you sew me a pair of Jams!!! Or MC Hammer pants! I was looking at all of the pics when we were younger and everything I had on was sewn! It's in your blood, you can't help it!!
Hi Suzanne-
I was reading Mel's blog & saw your name. The pics of Ryder are too precious! Congrats on your prego news - we are loving having a little girl. Regarding the sewing machine, I bought one during my pregnancy & have yet to use it. My MIL promised to teach me, so I am still waiting for my lessons! BTW, the spaghetti recipe sounds yummy - I plan on trying it out soon.
I like hearing that you are going to make girly stuff with the sewing machine! I have to say I'd love to see that smocked creation they are talking about... I can only imagine! I like your recipe idea too- I added it to my blog- I'm keeping it cheap and simple- and please, no tuna recipes. :)
