Okay, Okay, I'm aware of the month, but haven't even logged in since February and now it's almost April. Sorry, Amanda, I'll get Terrel off of here!!!! So much has happened since my last post. Most of you know that Mema did pass away. It was sad, but at the same time, quite a blessing because she's at peace now. Thanks to Madi, she will always be with us. Larissa explained to her that Mema lives in our heart, just like God and Jesus. I don't think she fully understands that because her and mema have had breakfast together on several occasions and when she was checking my heart, with her stethascope, her eyes got huge and she said "Oh my goodness, I hear Mema." It was so cute! Anyway, thank you for all the prayers and sweet words.
Things here have been crazy, we're selling a rent house and that has been a nightmare from the start. At this point, I don't even care if we make any money, I'm just ready for it to close. We finally got everything worked out and it is supposed to finalized next week. Hallelujah!!!!!
Last week, Jennifer and I both passed our real estate tests. That was a huge relief, now we have to figure out which brokerage firm to sign with. Hopefully we will have our minds made of by the end of the week and be official realtors..yeah!
Here are my latest Ryder pictures. He's quite a character. We've decided that he loves being center of attention (can't figure out who he gets that from???) He is getting to be SOOOO much fun. Always laughing and keeping us highly entertained.

as for realtors, if you have not made up your mind, lynn works under keller williams, but also has ventured way out on his own with his building houses. he is always looking for realtors to do open houses for his spec homes. you could sign up under him and then you would have an instant mentor - with jobs for you to do to help get you started. benefits the both of you. call me and i will get his info to you. or email me if you are interested.
Finally!!! I'm so glad you are back to keeping me informed on your life!! I have missed the pictures! Try to keep up this time. And congrats. on passing the test and good luck!!
Well thanks for the update. As if I don't know what's going on in your life, but you know...it gives me something new to look at on the computer. Love the pics...love his smile!
